The Story Behind the Work
I spent years helping others share their stories. I sat in green rooms, negotiated contracts, crafted bios, and built brands for some of the top speakers on global stages. From that front-row seat, I saw the difference between a talk that entertains and one that transforms.
It wasn’t luck or charisma. It was clarity. The kind that connects what someone knows with what their audience feels. The kind that drives business growth, creates opportunity, and leaves a lasting mark.
That realization changed everything for me. Now, I help speakers and thought leaders do exactly that: find their message, shape it with intention, and share it in a way that moves people to act.

This work is personal.
I know the courage it takes to put yourself out there, to stand on stage and say, “This is what I believe.” I also know how isolating the speaking world can be. That’s why I do things differently. I don’t just give advice from the sidelines. I roll up my sleeves and get in the trenches with you. Whether it’s refining a keynote, sharpening positioning, or building a business model that scales, I’m there at every step.

More About Ivy
When I’m not helping clients find clarity, I’m wrangling my own redheaded pirate crew, three generations deep, including my Partner Pirate whose red and grey beard proves he belongs.
I am firmly in the sandwich generation, caring for my parents and fixing whatever tech they swear is “broken,” keeping up with teenagers who have mastered the art of selective hearing, and walking two dogs who are convinced they need fourteen outings a day. It is loud, loving, hilarious, and just chaotic enough to keep me humble.
Strong coffee gets me going, and a margarita (never from a mix) wraps the day - preferably with a taco or two. Whether I am under Florida palm trees or catching my breath in crisp mountain air, my people keep me grounded, grateful, and laughing, and that same energy shows up in everything I do with the leaders I support.
